Join our team as a Warehouse Operative at our Trafford Park site, where you'll support the efficient movement of goods through picking, packing and stock handling activities. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment as part of a dedicated team focused on safety, quality and operational excellence.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Carry out accurate case picking duties using pump trucks to support efficient warehouse operations
- Pick, pack, load and unload goods safely and accurately, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled to a high standard
- Operate MHE equipment including Counterbalance with double fork attachments and Reach Truck
- Follow all Health & Safety policies, procedures and safe working practices to maintain a safe working environment
- Work as part of a team to meet productivity, quality and operational targets in a fast-paced warehouse setting
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Have previous warehouse experience, with a strong background in order picking and general warehouse operations
- Hold a valid and accredited Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence with practical operating experience
- Have experience using double fork attachments (advantageous)
- Possess good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
- Exhibit a proactive and reliable approach, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality and safe working practices
