PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an airport. You will be required to undergo a security/background check if you are to be successful for this position.
A Typical Day Involves:
- Performing general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
- Preparing and distributing reports, memos, and other documents as required
- Managing the inventory of stationery supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering
- Coordinating the distribution and tracking of uniforms for ground handling staff
Who this role would suit:
- Confident in IT systems, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
- Experience in creating communications/notices; Power BI knowledge would be advantageous
- Good customer service skills and professional in manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Aviation knowledge (Desirable)

- Provide five years of address history
- Provide five years of reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
