Responsibilities
- To ensure patient journeys are carried out in line with the contractual requirements
- To ensure all DHL vehicles are fully utilised, with minimum down time through effective tracking & communication
- To communicate effectively with DHL transport, Hospital wards/units and Drivers
- Track vehicles to ensure journeys are being made successfully and resources are being fully utilised
This role would suit people who:
- Have scheduling experience
- Experience with dealing with customers and clients
- Experience with administrating tasks
- PTS experience is desirable
- Have excellent communication skills
