DHL Supply Chain, an award‑winning global logistics leader, is seeking a dynamic Lead HR Business Partner to join our Aviation and Travel business at a time of growth and opportunity. With 37,000 colleagues across 400 sites in the UK & Ireland, our success is powered by our people and the culture we create. In this senior role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, shaping and delivering a people strategy that drives engagement, performance and long‑term business success.
You’ll play a pivotal role in leading transformation and change, delivering high‑impact people projects, and supporting major business bids by embedding compelling, commercial people solutions. Working closely with operational and senior leaders, you’ll influence decision‑making, support organisational growth and balance business priorities with an outstanding employee experience.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?- Support with employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at sites – supporting circa 1,500 colleagues across 2 key sites.
- Support the ER agenda and lead/support relationships and key processes with unions at sites.
- Deploy the Business HR Priorities, as directed e.g. labour flexibility, OMS, LPMC, payroll optimisation, T&C's standardisation.
- Provide HR support to start‑ups and business wins, losses and transfers.
- Ensure employee performance management (sickness, discipline, grievance) is robustly supported.
- Support managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management including organisation design, forecasting resourcing needs, agency and identifying future talent requirements.
- Act as an advisor to managers to support compliance with HR policies.
