A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Delivering driver inductions, assessments, and refresher training in line with DHL standards
- Carrying out on-road driver assessments, including store deliveries and vehicle movements
- Using telematics and compliance systems to identify risks and target coaching opportunities
- Supporting accident and incident investigations through root cause analysis
- Maintaining accurate driver training records, matrixes, and compliance documentation
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Have strong transport knowledge and hands-on driving experience
- Enjoy coaching, training, and developing others
