WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and oversee Warehouse and CoPack operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant processes.
- Drive a Safety First culture, managing health and safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage operational KPIs, resource planning, and performance tracking to meet customer and business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters and service delivery.
- Lead and develop your team through succession planning, performance management, and engagement programs.
