Pay Rate: Β£37,615 based on a 42 hour contract β paid breaks and o/time paid at time and a half
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off shift pattern β start times available between 01:00 β 05:00
Location: Crick, NN6 7GW (just off Junction 18 M1)
DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking HGV C+E Day Drivers to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Work pattern 4 on 4 off β based on 42hours
- Start times available between 01:00 β 05:00
- Duties are a mixture of supermarket RDC, cash and carry, drinks can or container deliveries throughout the UK β all palletised
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers\β Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- You will live locally to DIRFT, Daventry NN6 7GW
- Have a MINIMUM of 6 months LGV C+E commercial experience
- Willing to self tip at Aldi and Lidl RDC\βs
- Be prepared to carry out double decker trailer and container work as required
- Be happy working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
