  • Work inside a prison, leading and working alongside offenders in a warehouse
  • Hands on role - picking, packing and manual handling (up to 20kg)
  • Keep stock accurate and the operation running smoothly
  • Work at pace when needed and stay organised
  • Working as a team to make sure targets are met

This role would suit people who:

  • We are open to applicants from all backgrounds. Experience isn't everything - what matters most is your attitude, communication, and how you deal with people.
  • Have 3 years UK address history (required for security clearance)
  • Able to communicate clearly and deal with people, including in challenging situations
  • Comfortable working inside a prison, alongside offenders
  • Hands on and willing to get stuck into warehouse tasks
