Be the organised, confident voice behind our transport operation. You will work at the heart of our fast‑paced Transport Office team in Leicester, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day logistics and strong communication with drivers, planners and warehouse staff.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain accurate transport records
- Brief and debrief drivers, capturing key information and ensuring clear communication
- Use Microlise to track and monitor driver activity
- Use Tachomaster to support compliance, tacho analysis and WTD monitoring
- Act as a key point of contact within the Transport Office
- Process paperwork and input data accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with drivers, planners and warehouse teams to keep operations flowing
