We’re now looking for a Training First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Supervise a team of warehouse operatives.
- Work alongside planning team to ensure enough colleagues are in to work in the operation.
- Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals. Ensure regular one-to-ones, deal with any queries, team absences, disciplinaries, etc.
Who this role would suit
- Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing.
- Previous FLM/Supervisor/Management Experience.
- Previous Automation Experience would be desirable.
