Shift patterns: Rotational – Earlies and Lates – ANY 5 OUT OF 7 including weekends

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Team: Supervise daily OPS Support Clerical team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
• Streamline Processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our department.
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
• Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we’ll achieve great results!

Role would suit you

• Experience of working within a warehouse operation is ESSENTIAL
• Team Leader/ Management experience is desirable
• Experience of working within ADMIN is essential – must be computer literate on Microsoft office and Excel
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem‑solving.
• You’re a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
