- A Typical Day May Involve
- Assist with general handyman duties throughout the Yard as required, ensuring yards are kept tidy at all times.
- Assist with the onsite waste containers, ensuring that access to them at all times, and the use of them is not abused.
- Efficiently monitor and maintain the cardboard and plastic baler – including cable checks, regular daily cleaning of the area and assist in bailing the materials, moving bales onto a trailer ready for collection.
- Monitor all bay doors externally, maintaining cleanliness within the warehouse for debris.
- Sweep and clean any spillages in and out of the building as requested.
- Monitor and empty bins located on site including the Warehouse and external areas.
- Safely distribute items/stock around the building as requested.
- Assist with the onsite skips ensuring that materials are correctly disposed of in the appropriate skips to maximise capacity and any recycling requirements.
- This Role Would Suit People Who
- Hold a Counterbalance FLT Licence.
- Have previous experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage.
