Responsibilities

  • Support First Line Managers with accurate and timely driver briefings and debriefings in line with company standards.
  • Promote and maintain high Health & Safety standards through compliance checks, safety conversations, and problem‑solving processes.
  • Assist in the safe, legal, and efficient running of transport operations to achieve SLA and KPI targets.
  • Maintain daily operations logs and collate feedback for operational review meetings.
  • Prepare, process, and reconcile delivery paperwork and POD documentation.
  • Manage Tachomaster administration and reporting duties.
  • Update transport plans and resource changes within the Connected TMS system.
  • Carry out training and licence administration checks where required.
  • Produce and maintain Microlise reporting and administrative records.
  • Manage Fuel ICE administration and reporting processes.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle history files and fleet compliance records.
  • Report MOT failures and vehicle stoppages through the Engineering Portal.
  • Administer defect reporting processes, tyre management, and vehicle bookings.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly transport and operational reports.
  • Support fleet administration in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain driver administration records in accordance with company compliance standards.
