We are looking for a Transport Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to transport and operational queries, ensuring timely resolution at all times.
- Provide administrative support across multiple functions through cross-training to ensure effective team cover and continuity.
- Maintain accurate reporting standards and communicate key information clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Update and manage internal records using company systems and administrative tools.
- Work closely with Operations and Transport Teams to support daily activities and ensure smooth coordination.
- Monitor daily shift workloads and system reports, escalating issues appropriately when required.
