We're now looking for a Traffic Administrator to join our busy traffic department and support effective yard and load management.
Responsibilities- Booking trailers in and out while maintaining accurate yard management records
- Communicating with hauliers to coordinate arrivals, departures, and collections
- Chasing outstanding collections and resolving late delivery queries
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth traffic department operations
- Assigning loads to be prepared and ready for outbound dispatch
- Have experience using WMS and/or yard management systems
- Are confident communicators and comfortable dealing with drivers and stakeholders
- Are proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Work well as part of a team and contribute to a fast-paced environment
- Have strong administrative skills or experience in a similar logistics/traffic role
