We're now looking for a Traffic Administrator to join our busy traffic department and support effective yard and load management.

Responsibilities
  • Booking trailers in and out while maintaining accurate yard management records
  • Communicating with hauliers to coordinate arrivals, departures, and collections
  • Chasing outstanding collections and resolving late delivery queries
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth traffic department operations
  • Assigning loads to be prepared and ready for outbound dispatch
Qualifications
  • Have experience using WMS and/or yard management systems
  • Are confident communicators and comfortable dealing with drivers and stakeholders
  • Are proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Work well as part of a team and contribute to a fast-paced environment
  • Have strong administrative skills or experience in a similar logistics/traffic role
