Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off Night Shift 18:30 – 06:30

We\\\’re now looking for a Stock and Admin Clerk to join our team to support the smooth running of warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily stock control processes and procedures to ensure smooth control of stock through the supply chain
• Accurate and timely receipt of goods inwards & returns onto WMS systems
• Maintain accurate stock figures and ensure figures are reflected in WMS systems
• Analyse and investigate stock discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with audit processes within warehouse

Qualifications

• Previous stock control experience in a warehouse environment
• Competent IT skills – including use of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
