Shift patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday rotational 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm

We\’re now looking for a Co-Pack Line Leader to coordinate and support co-pack line operations, ensure health and safety compliance, oversee line performance, and act as the first point of escalation for any issues.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Coordinate and provide support to the production line operation, ensuring smooth workflow
• Ensure health and safety compliance on the production line at all times
• Support the shop floor to meet KPIs and deadlines, communicating targets clearly to the team
• Delegate tasks and oversee performance of 8–10 line operatives, including agency staff
• Act as the first point of escalation for line issues, providing guidance and solutions promptly

this Role Would Suit People Who

• Hands-on experience from a similar role or within a warehouse environment is essential
• Co-Pack or production experience is desirable
• Team leader or supervisory experience is advantageous
• Strong communication and motivational skills to lead and support the team effectively
