We’re looking for an IT System Support to develop and maintain interactive, user‑friendly Power BI dashboards to support operational and strategic decisions. This includes the implementation of best practices for data governance, security, and privacy.

What you’ll do

  • Drive Performance: develop and maintain bespoke databases and administer our dedicated SQL and web servers.
  • Innovate: maintain all source code in a safe and secure way and fully document processes. Work closely with other members of the IS team to ensure consistency in data definition, database set‑up, templates, and reporting formats.
  • Conduct data manipulation across multiple data sources, i.e. SmartTime, Microlise, Tachomaster, etc., ensuring accuracy and insight generation.
  • Lead with Purpose: support the creation of operational outputs that help Finance understand performance against budget and track PI initiatives. Use management information to assist with projects.
  • Ensure Compliance: identify best sources of data to provide accurate and consistent reporting. Ensure data is always kept safe and secure and that data security protocols are followed.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience working in a similar role with IT experience of business systems used by DHL.
  • A passion for data with strong experience in data reporting.
  • In‑depth experience of Power BI – including dashboards and trends analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills, including running queries.
  • Stakeholder management – strong communication skills.
  • Proven problem‑solving skills around data, data manipulation, data sets, and corresponding warehouse product processes and flows.
  • Preferable experience in the logistics industry with IT.
