We're now looking for an Inventory Control Clerk to join our team to support the smooth running of warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and investigating stock discrepancies.
A Typical Day May Involve:
- Responsible for daily stock control processes and procedures to ensure smooth control of stock through the supply chain
- Accurate and timely receipt of goods inwards & returns onto WMS systems
- Maintain accurate stock figures and ensure figures are reflected in WMS systems
- Analyse and investigate stock discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with audit processes within warehouse
This Role Would Suit People Who:
- Previous stock control experience in a warehouse environment is essential
- Excellent IT skills - including use of Microsoft Office including Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (SAP is used onsite)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working around alcohol products
- Previous experience using Fork Lift and/or Scissor lift is desirable. Successful candidate must be comfortable working at height as 80% of the role will be using the scissor lift
