We’re looking for a Stock and Admin Clerk to join our team to support the smooth running of warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and investigating stock discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily stock control processes and procedures to ensure smooth control of stock through the supply chain
- Accurate and timely receipt of goods inwards & returns onto WMS systems
- Analyse and investigate stock discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with audit processes within warehouse
- Operational & resource data tracking, entry and consolidation for daily, weekly & monthly reporting
Requirements
- Previous stock control or admin experience in a warehouse environment
- Competent IT skills - including use of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- An understanding of OMS, HSMS and LOGICs would be beneficial
