We’re looking for a Stock and Admin Clerk to join our team to support the smooth running of warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and investigating stock discrepancies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily stock control processes and procedures to ensure smooth control of stock through the supply chain
  • Accurate and timely receipt of goods inwards & returns onto WMS systems
  • Analyse and investigate stock discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with audit processes within warehouse
  • Operational & resource data tracking, entry and consolidation for daily, weekly & monthly reporting

Requirements

  • Previous stock control or admin experience in a warehouse environment
  • Competent IT skills - including use of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • An understanding of OMS, HSMS and LOGICs would be beneficial
