Job Overview
LGV C+E Driver (HGV Class 1) – Based in Huntingdon. Pay: £41,958 per year. Permanent full‑time. Shift Monday to Friday, start times 04:00‑09:00. Location: Trade Team, Huntingdon, PE29 2XR. This role involves delivering alcoholic beverages to pubs and venues across the UK. Heavy manual handling of kegs and barrels is required.
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving licence, Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card – new passes welcome.
- Previous dray delivery experience is an advantage.
- Ability to handle heavy manual handling of kegs and barrels.
- Must work a minimum of 6 Saturdays per year.
- Perform 10‑17 drops per day, working with a drivers mate.

- Drive safely within Driver Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
- Comply with health and safety standards, The Highway Code, road safety rules, and vehicle regulations.
