Pay Rate £38,539 based on a 45‑hour week (£16.47 per hour). Overtime paid at £24.71 per hour. Nights out paid at £25 per night. Genuine Potential to Earn £43,000 per annum.

About the Role:
- Work is a mixture of Class 1 and Class 2 duties, including multi‑drop and occasional nights out.
- The role offers variety and the opportunity to up‑skill to a Driver Trainer.
- A Typical Day May Involve:
- Contract work with Crown Lift Trucks (Perry Barr), delivering and collecting Fork Lift Trucks.
- Hub Le Bas (Bilston) – Class 2, delivering steel stock to factories (some nights out).
- Le Grand (West Bromwich) – Class 1 and 2, delivering aluminium cable trunking.
- Porcelanosa (Solihull) – Class 2, delivering ceramic tiles.
- Flexibility and varied responsibilities with potential progression to Driver Trainer.
- Safe and efficient driving in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
- Compliance with all health and safety standards, Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations.
- Regular completion of vehicle checks.
- Manual handling of customer products.
This Role Would Suit People Who:
- Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Are aiming to earn in excess of £43,000 per annum as a Driver Trainer.
- Can drive various categories of LGV vehicles.
- Are flexible to nights out as required.
- Ideally have some Fork Lift experience for delivery and collection.
- Have 12 months of recent driving experience.
- Can cover the four locations – mileage paid to depots.
- Are interested in progressing to a Driver Trainer role.
