  • Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals. Ensure operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of operational KPI's.

  • Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Possess a strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exhibit natural leadership abilities with excellent communication and team engagement skills.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office packages and general IT systems.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year’s management experience within a warehouse environment.
