- What You’ll Do
- Work with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.
- Responsibility for day‑to‑day activities within Workshop.
- Responsible for accurate ongoing stock control for Workshop.
- Supervise, direct and develop workshop supervisors, team leaders and order distributors.
- Liaise with Booker and HMPS teams.
- Liaise with welfare groups and recommend items for the National Product list.
- Collaborate with other workshops to maximise efficiencies and best practice.
- Display attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility with regards to shift and working rota.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and company rules, agreements, policies and quality procedures.
- Manage the purchase, supply and distribution of catalogue items from high street retailers.

- Are IT literate for accurate and timely reporting.
