We’re now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to lead our operations and drive success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Streamline Processes: Implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in the warehouse.
- Ensure Safety: Uphold safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe workplace for everyone.
- Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster Collaboration: Build a team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork.
What this role would suit
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment, with experience leading or supervising a team.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance targets.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and confidence working collaboratively with colleagues, management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- A good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures, inventory processes, and warehouse management systems (WMS), with proficiency in Microsoft Office being an advantage.
