WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Leading, motivating, and developing a warehouse team to consistently meet performance, quality, and service targets
- Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with site procedures, health & safety standards, and customer expectations
- Acting as a key point of contact for the customer, building strong working relationships and resolving operational challenges proactively

- A proven people manager with demonstrable experience managing warehouse teams (not suitable for step-up candidates)
- Someone confident working in a customer-facing environment with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
