What You'll Be Doing
As a Control Room Colleague, you'll play a key role in supporting operational performance by providing accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and real-time problem solving. Acting as a key point of contact for site customers and stakeholders, providing timely updates, responding to queries, and ensuring clear communication around operational performance and issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, cleansing, and analysing large volumes of operational and productivity data using Microsoft Excel
- Creating and maintaining Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and performance reports to monitor key metrics such as throughput, pick rates, and accuracy
- Identifying trends, patterns, and performance anomalies to support operational decision-making
- Working closely with operational teams to investigate performance issues and support root cause analysis
- Troubleshooting system and equipment-related queries through data analysis and operational investigation
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations
- Ensuring data accuracy and completing administrative reporting tasks to a high standard

- Have strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and data validation
