Shift patterns: Sunday to Thursday - 9pm - 5.30am (can be slightly flexible on start times)

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Collecting, cleaning, and analysing large volumes of productivity and operational data for the central Tradeteam hub using Microsoft Excel
  • Building and maintaining Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, pick rates, and accuracy
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in daily and weekly performance data to support operational decision-making
  • Producing detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders across the business
  • Working closely with operational teams to investigate performance issues, using data analysis to support root cause identification and problem‑solving
  • Troubleshooting system and equipment queries by analysing error logs, workflow data, and operational outputs
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by recommending data‑driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Engaging with team leaders and management at all levels, translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Completing administrative and reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all data records

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Excel; any knowledge of advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, and conditional formatting would be advantageous but is not essential.
