A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Collecting, cleaning, and analysing large volumes of productivity and operational data for the central Tradeteam hub using Microsoft Excel.
- Building and maintaining Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, pick rates, and accuracy.
- Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in daily and weekly performance data to support operational decision-making.
- Producing detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders across the business.
- Working closely with operational teams to investigate performance issues, using data analysis to support root cause identification and problem-solving.
- Troubleshooting system and equipment queries by analysing error logs, workflow data, and operational outputs.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by recommending data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Engaging with team leaders and management at all levels, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Completing administrative and reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all data records.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, and conditional formatting.
- Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with data.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Are well-organised, with effective workload management and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a proactive mindset, with a continuous improvement approach to processes and performance.
