Pay: £39,000 + Shift premium
Grade: RCS M
Location: Daventry (CV23)
Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 – Night shift (23:00-07:00)
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

We are looking for a Flow Room Manager to work a night shift.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Flow Controllers
- Manage the day to day work prioritisation and automation associated to the operation
- Proactively maintain the systems to minimise any potential downtime or bottlenecks within automation
- Oversee WMS (JDA and Korber) and WCS (Shaffer and Vanderlande) and the interlinking between the systems
- Work with the automation supplier to support their maintenance schedule
- Escalate issues likely to affect the performance of the department and the operation
- Active shift handover to incoming control room team
- Maintain a full and comprehensive log throughout the shift (details of all relevant events, actions, incidents and follow up activities)
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience within Warehouse Operations in a Supply Chain environment desirable
- Previous experience in Flow operation/Flow room
- Knowledge of JDA, Korber or similar WMS & Shaefer Automation
- Good people management skills
- Data entry, analysis and reporting skills with strong attention to detail are essential (external reporting)
- Able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
