We are now looking for a Fleet & Compliance Manager to oversee the management of our vehicle fleet, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance, optimising fleet performance, and implementing best practices in safety and sustainability.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Review driver resource to match customer daily distribution plan
- Manage driver holiday allocation
- Track team and individual performance of your employees (Microlise, Tacho infringements , Contextual Speeding, Accidents )
- Track and manage attendance of your employees at individual level. Conduct welfare reviews
- Manage accident investigation and retraining/formal sanctions if required
