Elevate your career with us! We\’re on the hunt for an Experienced Transport First Line Manager to lead the charge in transforming the Argos Home Delivery contract and delivering exceptional service every day!
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Supervise and motivate a team of drivers and logistics staff, providing coaching and conducting performance reviews to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure adherence to transport regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies, maintaining operational integrity and compliance.Monitor daily transport operations to optimize efficiency and address delivery issues in collaboration with customer service teams, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas, preparing reports on operational performance and compliance for senior management.
