What you'll be doing
- Administrative processes and day-to-day operational admin tasks
- Ensure efficiency and compliance
- Maintain and update records and databases (personnel, financial and operational data)
- Liaise regularly with transport teams, flagging delays, discrepancies, or operational challenges
What we're looking for
- Has experience in administration, transport operations, or a similar role
- Is flexible and keen to learn other functions within a warehouse/transport environment
- Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Is self-motivated and able to work independently
