Salary: £27,449.50 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, Rotating 06:00 - 14:30 - 10:30 - 19:30

What you'll be doing

  • Administrative processes and day-to-day operational admin tasks
  • Ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Maintain and update records and databases (personnel, financial and operational data)
  • Liaise regularly with transport teams, flagging delays, discrepancies, or operational challenges

What we're looking for

  • Has experience in administration, transport operations, or a similar role
  • Is flexible and keen to learn other functions within a warehouse/transport environment
  • Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Is self-motivated and able to work independently
