We are now looking for a EU Returns Operator to play a key role in managing returned stock from across the EU and supporting smooth reverse logistics operations.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Monitor daily transport activity to ensure all collections and deliveries are running on time
- Identify and manage any issues with collections or deliveries, escalating where required
- Plan and schedule collections for the following day
- Review routes and identify opportunities to combine loads in a cost effective manner
- Tender transport jobs through the system in line with agreed processes
- Identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings within transport and returns operations
- Maintain regular contact with the customer, couriers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure system data is accurate and updated in a timely manner
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Experience within logistics or transport
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with external partners and internal teams
- Good IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office - specifically Excel
