Contract Type: Permanent (Full‑Time)

Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

An Excel assessment may be part of the interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement the most reliable and cost effective freight solutions for European transport activity.
  • Liaise with the DHL LLP carrier base.
  • Collaborate closely with other DHL LLP teams.
  • Carry out ongoing carrier research to identify potential new carriers.
  • Provide support to EU procurement managers on strategic re‑plans, contingency planning and benchmarking.
  • Maintain team's documents – rate matrix, route profiles, RAS’s etc.
  • Implement day‑to‑day changes to the collection network while considering cost, service level, risk and customer perspective; identify improvements to routes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Excel skills, including experience with formulas, VLOOKUPs and XLOOKUPs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Comfortable working with data and producing accurate results.
  • Exposure to European transport or similar environment (desirable but not essential).
