DHL, an award-winning, leading supply chain business, is seeking a Billing Analyst to play a vital role within our Finance team, managing billing processes effectively and ensuring invoices are created accurately and on time.
Role Overview
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes
- Managing collections and being the first point of contact with stakeholders like Accenture
- Maintaining various billing portals
- Ensuring timely availability of billing backup documentation
- Managing daily workflow tasks in line with SLAs
Candidate Requirements
