What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Shift Manager and FLMs in delivering a safe, efficient, and compliant operation
- Managing the day‑to‑day administration of both warehouse and transport activities
- Coordinating operational tasks to ensure targets, KPIs, and customer expectations are met
- Supporting the accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders
- Booking and monitoring supplier delivery slots and maintaining delivery schedules
- Ensuring company procedures, policies, and compliance standards are consistently followed
- Producing and maintaining operational reports and performance data
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service levels
- Building positive working relationships across operational teams and key stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in an Administration or Coordinator role
- Advanced IT skills, particularly within Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
Desirable
- Inventory management experience
- Experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
