DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Customer Service Clerk to play a vital role within our Customer Service Team.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Chasing POD's
- Interacting with customers
- Resolving any queries/delivery issues
- Liaising with the Planning and Transport team
