We are seeking a Customer Services Administrator.

Responsibilities
  • Work in the service delivery team.
  • Manage customer requests, including quotes, complaints, general queries and compliance documentation within SLA timeframes.
  • Use the system extensively, maintaining high attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Ability to manage own workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc).
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Previous customer service skills.
  • High accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
