What you'll do:
- Supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve Operational Standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area / shift approach.
- Identify and bring new standards to operation.
- Have clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your position and to your team.
- Communicate Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your team (coordinators) and ensure they are trained and prepared to execute the expected activities.
- Develop your TDM according to your Roles & Responsibilities and aligned to the TDM of your team. Validate it with your immediate leader.
- Approve the TDM of your team (coordinators) and ensure they can deliver their Roles & Responsibilities with it.
- Update daily resource planning for the next shift, based on latest volume and volume profile information.

- Previous First Line / Shift Manager experience is Essential
- Strong leadership experience is essential
- IT literate, with Microsoft Office Packages, Excel
- Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
- Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
- You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team.
