We’re now looking for a Returns & Repack Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation.
Typical Day May Involve:
- Timely processing of all returns in line with agreed SLA's
- Process returns, repack and put back into stock
- Salvage damaged stock
- Wash/Dry service of premium goods
- Assist with stock control
- Arranging returns of any stock to customers or suppliers in a timely manner in line with agreed SLA's
- Liaising with customer/supplier via email and direct calling to enhance the customer experience
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to all rules and regulations
This Role Would Suit People Who:
- PC literate
- Good numeric skills
- Experience working in a Warehouse environment
- Experience using a warehouse management system - desirable
