We’re looking for an Operational Technology (OT) Integration Manager to lead the design and delivery of cutting‑edge solutions that connect industrial machinery with enterprise IT systems. This is your opportunity to sit at the interface of OT and IT, enabling smarter, data‑driven operations across multiple sites.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Design and implement software interfaces between machinery control systems and WMS, Azure, and other enterprise IT systems.
- Enable PLCs to consume external system data for machine‑level decision‑making.
- Develop, test, and maintain PLC software to support integrated machine functionality.
- Collaborate with controls engineers to define data structures, control strategies, and system behaviour.
- Support commissioning and troubleshooting of integrated control systems across multiple sites.
- Design and implement secure remote access solutions (VPNs, firewalls).
- Work within a multi‑disciplinary engineering team including mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience developing PLC software in industrial automation environments.
- Experience developing server‑side software and APIs for data exchange between systems.
- Knowledge of industrial networking and secure remote access (VPNs, firewalls, segmented networks).
- Experience with Beckhoff PLCs and TwinCAT.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Automation, Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
