Responsibilities

  • Undertake a range of Compensation & Benefits administration work, some requiring background research, providing timely and effective support for all members of Comp & Benefits team
  • Perform a broad range of tasks and activities, including describing, analysing and evaluating employee benefits data
  • General admin such as processing invoices and cross charges monthly and sorting out issues/queries, data cleansing activity, maintaining internal communication sites, and supporting the administration of our wellbeing champion training programme
  • Communications – delivery of presentations at internal team meetings, create and action monthly promotional campaigns, including on our internal social communication app
  • Support Supplier relationship management, booking meetings, gathering MI and monitoring and reporting on performance as required
  • Query resolutions/problem solving, e.g. investigating queries with the benefits module on the HR System, liaising with Payroll and our people service teams
  • Provide technical guidance on Compensation & Benefits systems to line managers, HR and employees
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills at all levels of organisation

Qualifications

  • Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent presentation skills (both oral and written)
  • Capability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organisation
  • Sound analytical skills and attention to detail
