Pay Rate: £36,039.89 plus 10% between 6pm-10pm and 20% between 10pm-6am

We are looking for a passionate and driven Warehouse First Line Manager to join our operations team. Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing a team of warehouse colleagues, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer service, and a strong culture of safety and engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse colleagues to achieve operational targets
  • Drive a culture of health, safety and wellbeing, ensuring compliance with all site procedures and legislation
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, quality and service KPIs are achieved
  • Monitor and improve team performance through coaching, training and regular feedback
  • Conduct performance reviews, absence management and return-to-work discussions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operational performance
  • Manage resources effectively to meet changing customer demands and business requirements
