- Typical Day
- Ensuring goods are received, stored, assembled and delivered to customers/distribution centres in a time‑critical, fast‑moving warehouse environment.
- Providing guidance, support and training to warehouse colleagues.
- Assisting with the day‑to‑day running of the shift, correctly utilising labour to meet budgeted targets and KPIs.
- Successfully managing the team in line with company operating systems and all other policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse environment – management experience is essential.
- Good level of IT skills.
- Good knowledge of trailer weight/load weight.
- Experience working to tight deadlines in a warehouse setting.
