DHL Supply Chain in Burton on Trent is seeking a hands-on supervisor to coordinate a small shunting team at a busy distribution site. You will ensure trailers are loaded, secured and dispatched on time while acting as the main link between operations, drivers and customers.
This permanent, full-time role offers a 4 on, 4 off rota with 12-hour shifts. You will lead by example on safety, pallet handling and continuous improvement, and you will report to the site supervisor.
