Shift patterns: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm (flexibility is required to cover other times from time to time)

We’re now looking for a Shift Controller to support with Driver dispatch and general administration duties.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Coordinating and dispatching drivers, ensuring all routes are efficiently covered
  • Handling incoming calls, primarily from drivers needing support or updates
  • Communicating with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries
  • Completing general operational and administrative tasks to support the shift
  • Providing debrief support for drivers when required, including reviewing completed routes and issues
