We're looking for a dynamic and engaging Operations Support Manager to join our Burton upon Trent site. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining Health & Safety support, project delivery, training oversight and colleague engagement.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Supporting the site's Health & Safety agenda by maintaining compliance systems, reporting and documentation, ensuring key activities are completed accurately and on time, and acting as a key liaison with the Health & Safety Business Partner.
- Taking ownership of site projects and digitalisation initiatives, supporting the rollout of new technology, embracing innovative ways of working and driving continuous improvement across the operation.
- Overseeing the site training function, managing a team of Driver Trainers, reviewing training plans, supporting HR-related activities and helping to ensure training remains effective and compliant.
- Being the site's Engagement Champion, creating and sharing engaging communications, updating digital displays and finding creative ways to keep colleagues informed, connected and motivated.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and customers, providing regular updates, attending weekly customer meetings and helping to deliver an exceptional operational experience.
