We're looking for a Debrief Clerk to help keep our transport operation running smoothly through accurate administration, driver debriefing, and systems management.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Debriefing drivers at the end of their shifts and reviewing journey paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Inputting information into spreadsheets, transport systems, and operational reporting tools
- Downloading and processing tachograph information and updating driver records
- Completing yard checks and reviewing vehicle and trailer documentation
- Supporting Shift Managers with operational administration, communications, reports, and day-to-day transport activities
