A brand-new chapter starts here. Join DHL in Avonmouth and play a key role in launching our new site with Waitrose. This exciting role sits at the heart of our start-up operation, leading Stock & Systems and playing a crucial part in getting the site up and running. You'll drive user acceptance testing from day one, working closely with stakeholders to ensure systems are fully fit for purpose ahead of go-live. Once operational, you'll take ownership of stock accuracy, system integrity, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Leading UAT activity during start-up, working with stakeholders to test systems, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth go-live.
- Managing stock & systems operations, maintaining accuracy, monitoring KPIs, and producing performance insights.
- Leading and supporting the Warehouse Admin team, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance across processes.
